In addition to these Indian recipes on pages 6-9 there are numerous recipes for those of you who like "raw". As you know eating "raw" has numerous advantages, because it has been scientifically shown that the cooking process destroys so many of the nutrients in food.

Suprisingly, however, microwaving does not do the same thing to nutrients. One lady on youtube, Sudha Kulkarni, is famous for her indian vegetarian microwave cooking. Ihave some of her youtube vidoes on my site. I also have included videos of advocates explaining the reasons for being a vegetarian and how it will help reduce global Warming.

Also, it's very important which vegetable you eat is important. Its important to select vegetables high in Nutrient Density, as Dr Joel Fuhrman discusses in the video below. Very important to eat a lot of these types of vegetables. Even if you put these vegetable in a soup, you will still have the nutrients in the broth.
