Fast Weight Loss Diets
62Many people who are looking for fast weight loss diets intuitively know
that what I am about to tell you must be true, it is simply a matter of
executing on it. If you want to drop weight extremely quickly then you
have to reduce the calories going into you and increase the calories
that you are burning. Now obviously you need to do this on a daily
basis, and you need to really attack each of these principles in a big
way. If you can combine the two, and do them both every single day,
you are going to lose a ton of weight. In all actuality this is very,
very easy to do. Unfortunately, most people will not do it because it
is such a radical idea compared to what they are used to.
What I am suggesting here is 2 things that virtually anyone can
accomplish. Nothing that I suggest here is out of the reach of normal
people, nor is it out of reach for seriously overweight people. Anyone
can do this, though many people will claim that it is impossible for
them. It is not impossible. It is not even that difficult. The only
difficult part is the mental block against taking these drastic actions
that I am suggesting.
And what are those actions? Here they are in a nutshell:
1) Juice fast for 3 to 5 days straight.
2) At least one hour of extra exercise each day.
That's
it. If you do those 2 things you will drop weight like you never have
before in your life. In fact, I don't really think there is a faster
way to lose weight without using some radical and probably harmful
drugs to do it.
What I am suggesting is actually quite safe and it can literally
change your life. If you do this type of fasting you will lose between
2 and 4 pounds each day of the fast, on average, and here is the real
kicker: you can keep doing this indefinitely. You will not die if you
juice fast for 20 days straight. You won't even die if you juice fast
for 100 days. The juice gives your body all the nutrients it needs,
plus provides enough energy for you to be able to exercise vigorously
while fasting. This is important because the extra 1 hour of exercise
that you do each day is going to be a huge part of what creates weight
loss for you.
People can fast and they will actually hit a weight loss plateau
after a while. With daily exercise, this will not happen. And I am
not suggesting that you have to run a marathon or go to the gym or
anything like that. If you simply walk at a brisk pace for 1 hour each
day you will drop weight like a madman.
Diets for fast weight loss usually fail
The big stumbling block that people have is that they believe that they
cannot fast. They think the hunger will overwhelm them and they will
go crazy and end up eating food. This will not happen if you do a
proper juice fast. The stomach will turn itself off when it realizes
that you are not going to feed it. This will happen on the second day
of the fast or even sooner. At that point you will experience no
hunger at all. None whatsoever. People do not believe this until they
experience it.
Stop telling yourself that fasting cannot work for you. It can and
does work quite easily, and it is also a natural thing. Animals fast
when they get sick. People have fasted for thousands of years. There
is nothing unhealthy about fasting. It is a perfectly natural way to
drop weight.
Notice that everyone out there, including the medical community and
the weight loss industry, will tell you that fasting is bad for you and
will not help you lose weight. Notice that all of those people have a
financial stake in telling you not to fast.
A fast weight loss diet is high energy
You will not believe the amount of energy that you have when you do a juice fast. Most people think they will be lethargic without any food. In fact, you normally use up a ton of your own body's energy and resources just to digest all that solid food that we eat all day long. When you fast, your body conserves a ton of extra energy from not having to digest anything, and you will be literally racing with extra vim and vigor. Now it is true that if you did a water fast, you would feel weakness and your body would actually become weaker. But on a juice fast, you will have plenty of extra energy and you will feel much better, healthier, and lighter than normal. Give it a try, you won't regret it!
