58Research Study shows what REALLY works for Fat Loss & Body Sculpting
When I discovered an unpublicized University of Utah study which compared a dozen different exercise regimens for their ability to produce results quickly as far as building muscle and reducing Body Fat, and realized that one little-known exercise and diet regimen produced results so superior to all the other Cardio routines, Pilates, Aerobics, Yoga, Weight Lifting, etc., I had to learn everything about this exercise method that I could and try it out for myself. The unique set of warm-ups and regimen of 10 exercises were designed by Zna (pronounced Zeena), to hyperoxygenate the body far beyond anything any other exercise routine has ever accomplished before, resulting in a Super-Aerobic workout. Now that is something that I had to know a lot more about.
The results were clearly visible to everyone participating in the study. Zna's clients were dropping fat off their bodies much more rapidly than anyone doing the other routines and getting more muscle definition. The observers were amazed at how many of her clients developed "six-pack abs" during the study. When they measured the fat loss it was documented by the amount of fat excreted in the urine - the primary way that the body gets rid of excess fat. Thanks for your time very generously invested on the "HUB" here with your assessment which is very accurate in almost all aspects. The University of Utah Human Performance Laboratory conducted these scientific studies doing comparative research. There were as many different programs as participants in the traditional programs for the comparative research. And, inclusively, these traditional exercises also incorporated, as a microcosm of our societ of conventional conditioning exercises, usually 3 different types of exercises in their weekly schedules. These include 1) cardiovascular/aerobic conditioning for the heart; 2) resistance and/or weight training; and 3) flexibility training; i.e., yoga, pilates, martial arts, etc. Many more types of exercises (stairmaster, versaclimber, etc. ) than a dozen, as you've formulated in your own surmising this actual history of this study. Although there were 30 participants doing only the aforementioned types of traditional training versus 30 participants doing only my own training trade secrets & highly innovative, unique exercises (for inside out/top to bottom).This was totally controlled, with the best state of the art testing equipment available then and hydrastatic weighing before and after, by this university's laboratory. Tamo, you are very correct in your assumption that Zna's regimen supports the alkalinizing of the body to prevent and reverse disease.
