Fastest way to lose weight without sweat? Who am I kidding, is there really such a thing or am I just pulling a fast one on you? Ok, maybe it’s not without any sweat but I believe there is a way to lose weight without too much sweat. You see there are times in life when you really need to know the fastest way to lose weight because you really can’t afford to wait for months to see results. There are a couple of ways you can try to shad those extra pounds really fast but my favorite since I am lazy is to just pop a weight loss diet pill and sit and wait for the results.

I know that since not everyone is up for that, may be you fancy the so-called “calories cycling” which is being used by bodybuilders into shocking the metabolism into burning fat more effectively which results in rapid weight loss. This could be responsible for up to 11 pounds per 13 days cycle of shading those extra pounds.

But I think a simple step by step plan will do if you want the fastest way to lose weight but are not into pills and other stuff like that. This is not a miracle but if you follow it strictly it should do the trick.

You must drink a lot of water

Certainly I don’t mean you should drown yourself in water but make sure that you take at least 8 glasses of water each and everyday since you body should always be hydrated. Your kidneys will certainly love you for it because they will now be able to flush all the toxins out, leading to efficient fat burning metabolic rate that will help you in get on the road to the fastest way to lose weight. You can fool your body into thinking it is full, if you take a glass of ice cold water 10 – 15 min before meals and in the process you will lose some 62 worth of calories each time you do that.

Eat a sizable breakfast

I know you might be thinking how can eating more of anything be in the fastest way to lose weight? You must realize that lunch and dinner are more dangerous than breakfast if you eat the right kind of breakfast i.e. low calorie breakfast but of such a size as to keep you going for the whole day. Just make sure that you take some low calorie snacks here and there so that you don’t crave too much food.

Lift up some weight

I don’t think you had sitting around the couch as one of the fastest way to lose weight. You have got to try and find some weights to lift and if you don’t have any then I suggest you join the gym. This will help you build some muscle which will cause your metabolic rate to increase and your fat to burn. If you don’t have money to join the gym then I suggest you find some stuff to lift around the house, not as to hurt your back though.

Watch what you eat

The fact of the matter is that many people are making the fastest way to lose weight into the slowest way to gain weight because they act in a counter productive way by not watching what they eat. Buying fast foods even as a snack is a sure way of gaining more weight. Even when you enter the store to buy your groceries make sure that you check the nutritional label on the back.
