The ingredients of this soup are fairly easy to understand and interpretate. It involves mostly vegetables with the use of chicken soup mix and a few other ingredients as well.

6 Large green onions
2 Green peppers
1-2 Cans - diced tomatoes, or 1-28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1 Bunch - Celery
1 Package - Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Chicken Soup Mix
1-2 Cubes of Bouillon, if desired
1 Head – Cabbage

All of these ingredients are not set in stone really, and you can substitute them with anything you like. You mainly just want to keep the calorie count to the lowest that you possibly can. Remember, this soup needs to be healthy and fat free. If it is not, then you may end up gaining weight instead of losing it.

The fat burning soup recipe is great because if there is something in it you do not like, you can always change it to something you like. This is what makes this diet very flexible and easy to do.

- The first thing you are going to need to do is, cut all of the vegetables into small pieces.

- The second thing you need to do is take the vegetables and cover them with water. Some people use V8-juice as a substitute for water, but water is perfectly fine here.

- Then you want to boil it in really hot water for about 10-15 minutes.

- Usually the vegetables will be good, but if not just cook it until they are all tender.

There is no rule as to how much soup you can eat. Since it is very low on calories it is better if you eat as much of it as you can. Whenever you get hungry, grab a bowl of soup and you will be losing weight in no time.

It is best to avoid eating bread and other types of grains while enjoying your soup. Crackers you should stay away from as well. A lot of people like to eat a piece of bread with their soup so its best if you try not to do so with this soup diet.

Soups are extremely good for health. It is nice to hear that they are helpful in the burning of calories.
