Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an internet-based diet program that will help you choose a daily diet based on the idea of calorie cycling. The Good

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program makes it quite easy for you to follow the eating plan. They help you automatically structure your meals the right way so that your metabolism runs high. You won't be hungry on this diet plan: there aren't any calorie restrictions. Instead you are instructed to "eat until satisfied, but not full." Nobody using this plan reported having difficulty with hunger. The 11 day cycle can be repeated as often as you'd like. The diet gives you three "cheat" days in between cycles to eat whatever you'd like.

The Bad

The thing about losing 9 pounds in 11 days is that some of it will be water weight that will be regained after your tissues rehydrate. However, that's not to say you won't lose fat as well.

Another thing is that this is more of a quick fix than a sustainable eating pattern. This is a great program as far as getting rid of some stubborn pounds, however it's not a lifestyle change.

We recommend this program for people who are simply looking for a way to quickly drop some pounds. It's quite a successful program for that goal, however we do recommend also changing your overall lifestyle and implementing a good workout routine to improve your overall health and well-being.
