Can You Really Lose Weight Calorie Shifting?
Fat Loss for Idiots is a new diet phenom that's taking the weight loss world like storm. The problem is that, most of the reviews you see about the product are bias to say the least. In fact, one of the beauties of this program is that users can become affiliates. Being an affiliate means that the better the product does, the more money you make. As such, many so called reviews are written by affiliates who are just trying to make sales - plain and simple.
If you read a review that has ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about a product, and you find a link to product on that same page - chances are that review was written by an affiliate who hopes his or her words will prompt you to follow the link.
Moving right along...I have done a review of Fat Loss for Idiots. This review is no nonsense and will enlighten you on the good AND the bad. So, without further adieu -
Does it work? Yes - it does work...the process of calorie shifting has been very successful for me. In fact, I'm happier on this plan than I have been on many of the others I've tried. I can tell I'm burning fat and I just got into a pair of jeans I haven't worn since before I got pregnant with my first son! YAY
BUT- I am exercising too. Based on the principals of the diet, it is possible to lose weight even if you aren't exercising. However, maximum results will come only if you're exercising regularly (as in 4 times a week minimum - ideally 6 times a week). Basically, if you're hoping to lose the 9 pounds in 11 days that's advertised by the program, you will HAVE TO EXERCISE. Otherwise, expect 2 to 3 pounds a week.
Is it hard? No. In fact, it's very simple. You are told what to eat and when to eat it, but there is some flexibility to fit each particular lifestyle. As long as you follow the rules - you're golden.
So - What's the bad news? The food on the diet is very limited. You get to pick the foods you like from a specified list and your diet is constructed based on your preference. Your menu will be constructed using ONLY the foods you choose from the list. That means, the less you like, the less choices you'll have...and vice versa.
For example, my entire 11 day cycle is based around only 25 foods. That doesn't sound like a big deal...but when you break it down in to three of four items per meal, you're repeating in no time and out of choices WAY sooner than you run out of days.
I enjoy the diet because I like lots of the food choices..but a picky eater might have a hard time. Also, if you enjoy eating out often...this might not be for you. Fat Loss for Idiots is designed for users to prepare their own meals. While it's possible to eat out and stick to the diet, it will be easier to prep meals yourself.
So - the bottom line...it works, but it might not be for everybody. AND, during my review I recognized that this diet won't necessarily work for everyone (just like ALL diet programs). You will also find that Fat Loss for Idiots is not as successful if you fail to exercise.
