Fat Loss For Idiots - My video Diary on my Weight Loss

You might be wondering why I decided to use Fat Loss For Idiots over all the other diet plans out there. Well that decision didn't come easy, I did my home work. I looked at other diets like the cabbage diet, Atkins diet, and all the diet pills and then I checked and Google what are the dangers of these diets. I was shocked to see that there are many dangers that come from all the diet pills like heart attacks, dry mouth, constipation,feeling jittery, liver damage, high blood pressure, and even stroke. I also checked to see the nutritional value of the Atkins and the cabbage diet and both seemed very unhealthy.

How does the meal generator work?

I chose this diet because I like to eat and since this diet is all about eating 4 times a day I thought this has to be my diet. When you first join fat loss 4 idiots and go to the meal generator you get 2 options.

1st. option is for us conifers I personally could do a diet that was strictly vegetarian but that's my opinion.

2nd. option is for you vegetarians

Now that you chose your option you get to input 30 of your favorite foods and then press enter and then it generates an 11 day meal plan just for you. But what if you don't like what the choices that it generated. That's simple just click again and it will create another menu for you.

Now after you get your 11 day menuĀ  and you look at your first day you can eat that daily menu in any order you like you just have to eat them all within 2.5 hours apart. If there is something your not in the mood to eat like if you are not wanting to eat the hard boiled egg that day you can just eat the other parts of the meal. This is a very flexible diet and that's why I love it.


Since I been on the Fat Loss For Idiots diet.

I thought I might have a hard time on this diet because I am used to eating a hole family size bag of Doritos plus chain smoking 2 or 3 packs of cigarettes while I watch TV every night. So when I decided to do this diet I also decided to quit smoking at the same time.

But I must say that I needed motivation to even do a diet and when I first saw myself on camera I was shocked. I had no idea that i was as big as I was. So seeing myself on video and listening to myself breath heavy was enough to get me walking and take this so serious.

What I am trying to say is if I can do this so can you! The best way to drive yourself to succeed is to have a goal and a plan to get there and this diet does give me the plan and I have my goals and the ugly videos help drive me to success.

I miss playing tennis and snow skiing and mountain biking. Its my own fault i let myself get this bad and I am so happy I decided to do something about it.
