Fat Loss for Dummies

Are you trying to lose weight and have no idea where to start? Can you really be too sure that the weight loss plan you are on is working for you?

All I know is I have 4 kids and for the first 3 i was good. I gained the weight I needed and then lost it again as soon as I had them. I thought it would be this way with the last baby. Surprise surprise it wasn't! I gained 42 pounds when I was pregnant with her and I only lost 10 pounds after I had her! I know what your thinking, it's just baby fat and it will go away. Um no you are sadly mistaken my daughter is now going on 4 months and I am still as big as a house! I went into a grocery store and this little girl pointed to me and said "mommy look that lady is pregnant!" Do you have any idea how embarrassing that was for me. I decided this is enough. I am going on a diet.

My initial thought was I have no idea where to start looking for a diet plan b/c I never had to go on one. I wanted to get one of those books "for dummies" and I wondered if there was one called "Fat loss for Dummies" of course there wasn't. I needed something simple so I could lose the weight easily and without difficult instruction. I checked out a lot of fat loss reviews and found that some of them were good. I like the South Beach Diet plan but it was a little too expensive for my taste. I even tried to follow Rachel Ray's books but guess what, I can't cook! I finally found a site on the Internet that was exactly what I needed to see. It was easy to follow and it was pretty much taking me by the hand and telling me what I needed to do to not be a fatty.

Fat loss for Dummies does exist! It showed me little tips and secrets and things not to do that I didn't even know! This little book I found on the web has made me lose about 10 pounds every couple of weeks and I am so thankful. There are many fat loss reviews out there that have nothing on this little program! I can finally not complain about the jelly role that I call my stomach!

During my fat loss reviews I found out that:

  1. Low Fat foods don't work!
  2. Low calorie diets don't work! It is the worst thing that you can do to your body!
  3. Low carb plans don't work! They are too strict and too had to follow, and are you really going to follow through with them!?
