Fat Loss 4 Idiots - A Review
A simple and easy to use fat-burning diet is Fat Loss 4 Idiots. You lose inches AND pounds. Quite frankly, when it comes to losing inches or pounds, I'd much rather lose inches around my waist, but losing pounds is a real nice side benefit for me.
How much?
Well, the advertising says that you can lose 9 lbs. every 11 days. When I first saw this, I thought, "Isn't that quite excessive?" Everything I've heard about weight loss says that you can safely lose 3-4 pounds a week. Well, losing 9 lbs. every 11 days works out to 5-6 pounds a week.
Is it safe?
From what I've read over the years, the 3-4 pound weight loss is safe if you are counting calories. Your body needs a certain number of calories every day for proper functioning. When you restrict your caloric intake, your body goes into starvation mode and your body's fat burning capability is turned off. This diet is different. There is no calorie counting here. You eat until you are satisfied and feel no longer hungry. Besides, you should never overeat. It's unhealthy and defeats the purpose of any fat and/or weight loss diets. With this diet, you get to eat until you are sated. There is no starvation here. So yes, you can safely lose 9 lbs. every 11 days.
So how does the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet work?
This is a new accelerated fat burning diet. The secret is a technique called calorie shifting. This means that your body will be given different types of calories each day, which confuses your metabolism and forces faster fat loss to happen. These calories come from different amounts of proteins, carbohydrates and fats each day. These calories are spread over four meals a day. This is no low calorie, low fat, or low carb diet, just a balanced approach to healthy eating.
How did the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet work for me?
Well, the first time I tried the diet I lost 8 pounds in 11 days, not the 9 pounds purported. It took me a while to get use to having smaller meal portions four times a day. Change is not always an easy thing, but with the proper motivation, it can be easily adopted. And here's the big news for me. I lost 2 inches around the waist. After all, this is a fat loss diet. I had more energy and left me feeling good about myself. Yes, the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet DID work for me.
And for the future...
It is recommended that you go on the diet for 11 days and off for three days. Then you go to the online diet generator and create a new diet for the next 11 days. You continue this process until you have achieved your desired goal.

Eat wisely!
I am actually in the middle of this "fat loss" program. I hate to call it a diet. And so far I've lost 4 lbs. I am way excited - nothing else has worked and I've been actively trying to lose the belly tire now for 3 months. (I even excercised a lot) Anyway - 6 more days to go... I'll try to remember to post the final review.
Great hub, by the way. I wish I would have found this before I started - I would have probably started sooner.
I just love this diet, it's so easy to follow.
