I have always been skeptical when it comes to weight loss and fat loss products and their claims. I had been hearing about this Fatloss4idiots diet program and really wanted to try it out but didn't want to get scammed. I did a little research and found that it comes with a 60 day money back or satisfaction guarantee. That gave me enough confidence to try out Fatloss4idiots and if I didn't like it...I knew I could get a full refund.


With Fatloss4idiots I get to eat 4 Meals per Day!

Well, I can say that I was excited about being able to eat 4 meals per day. The way I understand this is that if you eat 4 or more times per day...you end up eatin less at every meal and you stay feeling full or satisified throughout the day. You don't end up starving yourself where you would sit down and eat a 12 course meal in one sitting.

The way the meals are split up are also by type of calorie. They call this Calorie Shifting.

I Bit the Bullet and tried Fatloss4idiots

Well, I bit the bullet and ordered my copy. I was able to download the electronic book immediately after paying and I could log onto the online diet generator just as fast. You're probably wondering about the diet generator. Let me explain it to the best of my knowledge:

The online diet generator is the Fatloss4idiots diet menu creator that you log into, select the foods you want to eat and then it creates a meal plan for you for 11 days. You get to choose up to 30 different foods which I thought was great because a lot of the foods I like were actually on this list. Some of the food items are as follows:

  • Shrimp
  • Tuna Salad Plate
  • Roast Beef Slices
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Broiled Halibut
  • Chicken
  • Frozen Yogurt
  • Green and Red Vegetables
  • Grapes
  • Apples

And many more items. So, you see that the items you get to choose on the fatloss4idiots diet aren't so bad at all! I was very excited at the selection.


Calorie Shifting with Fatloss4idiots

The Calorie Shifting is the way your meals are printed out from the online diet generator. It seperates the types of calories per meal so that you are only eating carbs at one meal, or proteins at another meal. Fatloss4idiots states that this keeps your metabolism confused and this causes your metabolism to not only burn all of the calories you are taking in, but also burns fat tissue, or calories more than what you are eating....which causes the weight loss. Although it says you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days, I only lost 7 pounds first time i tried this.

You have to do this diet multiple times to get to the weight loss results you would like to see. Im my case, I needed to lose 40 pounds and I am halfway there after doing the diet only 3 times.

I really also like that inbetween the diet, you need to take 3 days off and they say this is part of the diet so that you continue to keep your metabolism confused. I really like this because I felt like I could "cheat" legally on this diet and eat some of the things I like.

What really took some time to get used to on the fatloss4idiots diet is the eating 4 times per day. But once you really get into it, you get used to it quick. My main concern with dieting has always been that I'm afraid that I'm going to feel hungry....but I never felt that way with Fatloss4idiots because there is no limit to how much you can eat on this diet. It just says that you need to eat until you feel satisfied.

I would be skeptical of a diet plan that recommends you not exercise..........

It didn't matter if I had exercised or not.... I still lost weight. The plan does say to do some light exercise though....I failed to mention that. I can imagine how much more I could be losing if I had implented some walking or jogging along with fatloss4idiots.
