I think you can't really answer that before you define features of what you think web 2.0 sites should have to fit in that category.
After that we can summarize the comments, and get on to the next hub.

- User generated dynamic content.
- niche sites, focusing on one topic, different from the portals, aka, yahoo, about.com
- allowing or encouraging the user to take actions in within the sites community.
- having a developers, Ceo, Venture Capitalist or Founders Blog
- better financial planning, starting smaller with less staff.
- companies or sites started post bubble
- pages that accept interaction without refreshing.
- often involve communities of people that contribute through development, content and moderation.
- has been listed on techchrunch
- allows for easy collaboration
- continually being developed and improved
