I find even today, that many people just do not know what or how rss feeds are used.

I use rss in many helpful ways and I am sure you can too.

I even just found recently that I can actually put AdSense on some of my feeds. That is done using Feed-burner.

You can make feeds for any site that you have. Most generally, they are used for sites that have new content added regularly. That is why most people use rss; they don't have to actually go to the website. You just click on the feed and it will show you if there is any new content.

Below is what a rss icon looks like. I'm sure you have seen them before. If you click the icon in your favorite websites or pages, it will create a bookmark. You can then check the bookmark and see if any new content.

There are many ways to use rss feeds.

I have a game I play that moves are made very slow. I don't want to go to the website every time so I use the feed.

I am posting that feed at the right. It's a fun game called Conquer Club. If you like the game of Risk, try this. It is a lot like Risk, but with different maps and such.

I have hubbers that I love to follow. This is a great way to see if they have any new hubs. I will share two hubber's rss feeds to the right.

Most writing sites have rss feed, but if not there are many programs to build your own rss feeds. Just Google: Build rss feed.

I am also a member of Twitter.

Rss is one of the best ways to follow people on Twitter.

I have four different blogs on-line.

Two of them are through Blogger. One is a blog within a website I set up. That website is called Praise and Worship. The last one is through Live Journal.

I really hope I made it clearer to some of you on how you can use rss.
