Simple Tips to Feeling Better Fast

1-Get enough sleep. You would be surprised how much better you will feel and function if you just get the number of hours of sleep that would result in you waking up feeling well rested; and of course that will vary from person to person.

2-Eat properly. Now days it is becoming increasing popular to reduce junk food consumption and buy organic. The latter may not always be possible, but one can certainly make sure one gets their protein and veggies every day. The key meal is breakfast: why, because it has the longest time between meals leaving the body needing fuel in the morning. Many people do not eat breakfast as they are not hungry. Usually that is because they eat late at night. Don’t do it, try to not eat after 6 pm. Eat a good breakfast high in protein and see the difference in your eating habits later in the day not to mention your energy level.

3-Write down everything that you have started and not finished. Prioritise the list from easiest to hardest and take up the top one and go right on through the list to completion. Or you can prioritize it from most important down to least. But which ever you do, finish each one to a DONE.

4-Stop watching or reading the news.Try it first for a week and see the difference in how you feel overall. Then you decide whether you should continue or not.

5-Take a walk. This is a near cure all. Just walk around your block looking at things. Try not to think about stuff while you are walking. This will extrovert your attention. Don’t live in a safe neighborhood, walk around your back yard.

The first two above are notorious for causing unnecessary upsets either with another person or in a working environment with work ending up being dumped on others to do. Children are most often fussy because they are either tired, hungry or wet. Find out which one, remedy and say goodbye to fussyness.
