Secret to Sexy Female Abs

Many people have to false beliefs when it comes to women developing sexy female abs:

1) It's harder for women to develop lean sexy female abs than it is for men

The fact is, it may be slightly more difficult to create female abs, but the difference is so minute, it doesn't effect the overall scheme of things when a women is following an appropriate program for fat loss to develop her abs. The fact is that both men and women are biologically different in many ways, but when it comes to burning fat and developing abs, they're nearly on the same playing field.

The one draw back women face in creating females abs that men don't is lower testosterone levels and higher estrogen levels.

Since women have lower testosterone levels, it's more difficult to increase lean muscle mass. Lean muscle mass is where fat is burned, so many believe this is biggest hurdle.

But here's the KICKER:

Neither Men nor Women have to put on massive amounts of muscle mass to burn fat and get six pack female abs.

All they have to do is follow a proven program that only maintains their current level of lean muscle mass.

THAT'S IT!

2) Women should train differently than men if they want to get low levels of body fat and develop sleek Female Abs muscles.

This couldn't be further from the truth. I've trained hundreds of women, many whom were dedicated to lose fat and get those female abs they'd been wanting for years - and they did it by following a program that was only slightly modified from a men's workout!

The differences in the amount of weight that a female used in her program following this system was dramatically lower than the weight a man would use, but this significant difference wasn't because the program was so different... it was simply because men are much stronger than women. Period!

If you want sexy female abs, then you MUST work at a high intensity, use the heaviest weight possible for YOU, Follow a tested and/or proven nutrition program, and be consistent.

It's really THAT easy!
