69Female Fitness Competitor, Pauline Nordin
Pauline Nordin is not only a female fitness competitor, she's also a pro figure athlete, fitness model, certified fitness trainer and journalist!
She was born on July 23, 1982 in Ystad, Sweden and she was the Swedish trainer in their version of the TV show Biggest Loser.
Pauline has been on the cover, and featured in several magazines, among them Oxygen, BODY, Ironman and Muscle and Fitness.
She began her fitness training in 1999 and began competing in 2002.
Pauline has competed in the 2007 IFBB Colorado Pro/Am Classic Bodybuilding And Figure Contest, the 2007 IFBB California Pro Figure Championships, the 2007 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure Championships, the 2006 IFBB Europa Super Show, the 2006 IFBB California Pro Figure, the 2006 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure and the 2006 IFBB San Francisco Pro.
And don't think this lady is all show. To get to where she is today, she had to overcome anorexia. Now she is very much into fitness nutrition.
Now this lovely lady is back into martial arts training. I don't know if she is planning to go into MMA or if it's a good way to stay in shape. But just think about it, if she's got the skills, you may be looking at the next Gina Carano.
You can visit her at her website http://fighterdiet.com/ .
