Here is my second female MMA fighter Hub covering more of the popular female mixed martial artists.
You may or may not have heard of some of these ladies, but given the rise in popularity of female MMA, you probably soon will.

Yoko Takahashi is a female mixed martial artist from Japan.
She was born April 20th, 1973.
Yoko is 5'8 and weighs in at 158 pounds.
Her MMA record is 15-10-1.
Yoko's last fight was a loss to the current Strikeforce Women's Lightweight Champion, Cristiane Santos.
Not to be confused with the Japanese singer Yoko Takahashi.

Julie Kedzie was born in 1981 in Bloomington, Indiana.
She stands 5'5 and weighs 135 pounds.
Her current MMA record is 10-8-0.
During her career in MMA, Julie has gone up against some of the best including Tonya Evinger, Kelly Kobold and Gina Carano.
Her main fighting styles are Taekwondo, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Tara LaRosa was born in 1978 in Woodstown, New Jersey.
She is considered to be one of the best MMA fighters in the world.
Tara is 5'6 and weighs 125.
Her MMA record is 17-1-0.
Tara has wins over some of the best including Kelly Kobold, Shayna Baszler and Roxanne Modafferi.
Her main fighting styles are Muay Thai, Karate, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Kelly Kobold was born on February 25, 1983, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She is 5'6 and weighs 140 pounds.
Her MMA record is 16-3-1.
Like the other ladies on this list, she has faced some of the best including  Gina Carano, Julie Kedzie and Tara Larosa. 
Kelly's main fighting style is wrestling.

Born on August 8 , 1980, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Shayna Baszler stands 5'7 and weighs 135 pounds.
Her MMA record is 9-6-0, with all nine victories coming from submissions.
During her career, Shayna has faced Cristiane Santos, Tara Larosa, Roxanne Modafferi and Julie Kedzie.
Her main fighting styles are Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Female MMA fighter Tonya Evinger was born on June 19, 1984.
Tonya is 5'7 and weighs 135 pounds.
Her MMA record is 7-3-0.
Like Kelly Kobold, before getting into MMA, she was a wrestler.
You may recall that some pictures of Tonya and Gina Carano partying caused a stir a while back when they hit the net.
