Feng Shui is not superstitious. It has psychological explanation for it. Feng Shui works just like stigma. Something that environment labeling for you, and you follow that labeling unconsciously. Such as, if your private property only remind you about the prosperity, it will make you felt wealthy unconsciously. If you felt wealthy, you will be able to focus your energy to reach the real wealth because you feel confident, you feel you deserve to be rich and you believe that you can reach prosperity. So, its important to arrange the place where we live in order to attract more money. Here some tips share for you :

The don't :

Don't put dead plant in your home. Get rid of it.
Don't hang or put any kind of painting, picture or sculpture, that remind you of sadness, decline, bankruptcy, poorness or anything that makes you felt depressed. Change the them with something that make you feel alive, such as sunset picture, picture of fancy car or luxurious house, or picture of man who reach the highest peak of mountain, or anything else that rise your spirit or remain you about prosperity.
Don't pile up so many things unorganized in your room. It will block positive energy called chi. Make them tidy, or throw them away if you don't need them.
Don't arrange kitchen on the front side of the front door. Put partition. So you can not see the kitchen from front door.
Don't arrange kitchen in front of the toilet. Water will damp down fire. Its mean your good chance are damp down too. Always close the toilet door or put partition.
Don't arrange toilet in front of the front door. Its symbolize that your wealth has come but it also gone so quickly. Put partition or always close the toilet door and closet.

The do :

Put wind chime in front door to invite chi.
Keep the kitchen clean, stove and oven should be work out. Kitchen is the center of wealth in your home. I like to put many kind of spices in the bottle, even I don't need them. Spices symbolize something as price as gold.
Makes all your room receive enough light. Open the window, curtain, let the sun shine your energy. If you have broken lamp, fix it as soon as possible
Put plan or aquarium or painting related to plant and water. But don't put painting about storm or sea waves. Its recommended to have painting about 8 red gold fish and 1 black gold fish for luck and fortune.
On the farthest left side from your front door, put things with falling water or money (such as from monopoly), imitation of jewelry, or something with gold color in this area, to attract money.
