Her name is Sarah Margaret Ferguson, and she's the Duchess of York.  She and her husband, Prince Andrew, were introduced through Princess Diana playing Cupid, and enjoyed a ten year marriage before their divorce in 1996.  They had two children, both of whom are fairly close to the Throne, Beatrice and Eugenie.

Her divorce and the surrounding scandal (getting her toes sucked? Kinky lady) coupled with the weight she gained were grocery checkout magazine scandal for a long time, but she emerged from these hardships with dignity.  At least publicly, that is.  She became a spokesperson for Weight Watchers' International division, and authored numerous books.  She's also worked with dozens of actors, actresses and royalty to campaign for various causes, Parkinson's and childhood obesity amongst them.

Born Stacy Ann Ferguson, Fergie is a model, but did you know she started out on Kids Incorporated? Now, September 2006 found Fergie releasing her own album called The Dutchess, but regardless of what venue you enjoy this bombshell in, the fact is that she's a star amongst stars.
