Few tips to get a good night sleep
52I used to be a call center agent when I was in college, So i dont really have enough time to make my self fall asleep because evry minute counts. I work from 10 pm- 7 am, then i need to attend my class from 3:30 pm- 6:30 pm... So imagine how i put my self to sleep with my free hours. here are some strategies that i do just to sleep:
1. Drink a bottle of light beer
2.Read an article
3.I make surre that nobody is inside my oom and the lights are off so i could put myself to sleep
4.take a bath, whenever i feel uncomfortable, i take a bath so that i could get a good sleep
5.I eat a little before sleeping, it makes me want to got o bed everytime i eat so i try to munch somenthing before going to sleep... though it is not advisable, coz it can make you fat...=)
