Few tips to get a good night sleep
46The best thing to put you to sleep is warmth! Take a hot bath or shower right before you would like to put yourself down. Drinking hot herbal tea is a good way to get you in that peaceful state of mind needed in order to sleep and sleep well! Avoid caffeine and chocolate at least 3 hours before you would like to sleep. Also avoid trying to fall asleep with the t.v. or radio on as it keeps your brain more busy whether you notice it or not! It's almost impossible to sleep sometimes if you're hot while in your bed. Turn the air conditioning on or have a fan going in your room and sleep cuddled under a soft blanket. When you lay your head down think about the things that make you happy and forget about all of the troubles of the day. Just concentrate on serenity and peace and you will have an amazing night of deep sleep and probably some nice dreams too ;)
