In Fifa 2010 the heading of the players seems erratic some times, all you need to do is create a custom piece to position two players near the other post, both left and right kick, choose your custom piece to instruct your players to ran near the other post. The kick power should be about 70% to 80% so the ball will reach the other post without the keeper intercepting, when the ball is about to land, aim the left stick toward the goal and press the X/a (pass button) 'once' at the same time.

In fifa 2010 when the kick is taken, watch your players movement in the penalty box. Level the corner kick when you see any of your player moviing towards the far goal post.
