The Term Foreclosure is probably the most discussed event in the news in a Long Time! Especially the Homeowners ability to fight foreclosure and/ of Stop foreclosure on their home!

2) Foreclosures resulting from illegal mortgages can not be enforced. The foreclosure process is STOPPED when litigation on a questionable mortgage begins.

3)You will not make Mortgage Payments during the foreclosure or litigation process, although it is a suggestion that if you want to negotiate the terms of your loan, then you really should deposit 2 or 3 mortgage payments into a separate bank account, not necessary, but a real good idea

You May Be Able to Rescind Your Loan if was originated within 3 years because of the Lender Violations!

You May Be Able To Get Your Money Back! Yes, that is what I said, If there is even a small mistake on your closing documents, You could get the money back that you put in, often time more than you put in with the penalties. Example: You paid $37,000 into your Mortgage, You Get $37,000 Back OR MORE with penalties!

So, As you Can See there are advantages to negotiation from a position of Strenghth, The Lenders do not want to negotiate with you, they want your money or the want to steal your Home!

That is where a Forensic Loan Audit is essential and the first place to start you journey in saving your home!
