Longganiza
Ingredients :
- 1 kilo lean ground pork
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 small head garlic, crushed
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2-1/2 tsp rock salt
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Procedure :
- Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate forat least 2 hours.
- Place every 2 tbsp of mixture on a was paper or clean plastic. Roll to form longganiza shape
- Remove paper or plastic and fry desired number of longganiza pieces in hot oil until brown.
Store the rest in freezer. Makes 36 servings.

That sounds great. Looks a lot different form the Mexican longanizina, which is similar to a chorizo.
