48What Workout Style Fits You Best
A lot of people think the only way to really stay in good shape is to constantly run or go to the gym. If I am being honest I am not a real big fan of either one of those options. I'm not sure why but I hate running... well I shouldn't say hate, but I do not like doing it regularly as an exercise. I also do not have a gym membership. I have had them in the past, but when 3 months goes by and I have only used it one time... well I think it is time to cancel.
So how do I get my exercise? I stay active in the things I love to do. I love being outdoors, hiking, climbing, biking, hunting and more. If I can keep these activities as a normal part of my day to day then it keeps me in great shape.
What is your favorite activity/exercise.

You can make the things you do work for you to keep you in shape.
Last year a group of friends and I climbed and camped in the Enchantments. I knew that was going to be quite a hike and new I had to get it shape for that. I used that motivation to go on dozens of hikes. This helped keep me in great shape.
Try that... find an activity you love. Whether it is any of the poll questions or anything else and plan a big trip around that activity. Then the months prior prepare for that trip. See if that doesn't help keep you in shape and have tons of fun doing it.
Other Styles I like
When it comes to cardio I enjoy those activities, but when it comes to muscle toning and getting stronger muscles, I really enjoy doing at home workout videos like p90x or 10 minute trainer. I think Tony Horton is the man. He is the guy who leads those two workouts.
If you have never tried an at home fitness video I would suggest it. You can typically pick up a good program for $100. That is less then 3 months of a typical gym membership and usually half of just the start up fee. It is not a huge investment, and you can do it in the comfort of your own home and you do not need expensive weights and machines. The stuff works too.

Cycling does it for me - not only is it exercise, but you get to places as well! I love cycling outdoors, but cycling machines in the gym bore me to tears.
