To know this you must have to install googletalk on your computer. Googletalk or gtalk actually a google talk messenger which is used to chat, voice chat and video chat and many more. The techniques which I will tell about g talk is already published several blogs and I see it's totally working. This page contains information to find out who is invisible in gtalk.
How to find who is invisible in Gtalk or googletalk?
For example you want to test whether abc@gmail.com is invisible or not. So, to test this follow the following things.
At first open gtalk (google talk or googletalk or g talk) and login to gtalk. Now type the email address (in this case abc@gmail.com) in the top search textbox.
Now, click on the profile to whom you want to test whether he or she is online or offline. After clicking the profile, it will opens in the new window.
Click on the down arrow button of the right corner of chat window and select Go off the record option.
Write any text massage like "Hello!!" and hit Enter key of your keyboard.
If you see the message like abc@gmail.com is offline
and can't receive messages right now. then it implies that the person is not online. Thus you become sure that the person is offline.
But if others happen i.e. if the message is not appeared then it is sure that the person is invisible.
In this way, you can easily find who is online and invisible or offline.
