63Snoring is a common affliction, with most people not even aware that they snore at some point during the night. However, for some people snoring is a disruptive and distressing part of their nightly routine, causing them to suffer from a lack of sleep. When snoring starts affecting people in this way the only logical course of action is to start researching snoring cures in the hope they will find one that works for them.
Snoring is caused by physical obstructions of the airways, normally the soft palate or tongue or even tonsils. These tissues vibrate and cause varying degrees of noise.
