A chakra exercise (lsn 2)

In order to properly discuss our chakras we must first discuss balance. This is because in order to be spiritually centered our chakras must be balanced. So in that spirit let us discuss balance. What it is, what it feels like, and how to find it.

First you must understand and accept that balance already exists within you. However many of us have never truly felt balance so we must discover what it feels like in order to find our own balance.

The exercise in my chakra book is a yoga position called the tree. I am including it here and hope that you will try it because it will help you in finding your own balance.

Stand tall and erect with your weight equally distributed on both feet. Spend a moment just concentrating on your breathing. Then shift your weight to your left foot and pick up the right foot. Bring your right foot up and brace it on the inside of your left thigh. Bring your palms together in front of your chest. Continue this until you find physical balance and can maintain it for a few minutes. Feel that balance.

If you tried this, and I hope that you do/did. How long did you wobble before you found balance? Did you Have to do the exercise more than once to balance well? What did it feel like to find that balance?

Now in your opinion what is the correlation between this exercise and finding spiritual balance? The book Gives an answer for this which I will post in a couple of days but first I would like to hear your thoughts.
