Recently I was searching and found great deals on items on Craigslist.com. If you go on Craigslist and search for the free items, you will be shocked to see what people are giving away, and all you have to do is go pick it up.

One thing that was free just for pick up is 500 books, hard covered, new books, and college books. That is a lot of book, but if you could make a profit of $1 on each book you would really have a small goldmine there. Some of these are newer models, and in perfectly good working order. All you have to do is pick them up and list them under the selling section of Craigslist. (Listing them is free on Craigslist) and make a profit reselling.

Craigslist has many hidden gems that if you spend some time looking you will be able to make yourself some money without spending anymore than what it costs you in gas.

If you are looking to make money with eBay, but don't want the hassle of listing, and shipping the items, consider opening a niche site or a niche store. These sites will have RSS feeds coming in from eBay items, and is constantly updated all the time. These sites can have Adsense ads on and will pay you when people click on the ads, and then you get a profit from selling other people's stuff on eBay. This is a great way to make money that you don't have to worry about updating constantly.
