I want to share with you my Firepow 2.0 review. I've been absent from Hubpages for a while. There is a good reason for it. I've been busy building a niche blog empire. I'm serious! Don't laugh! I know it sounds a little weird and corny. There are tons of ways to "make money online" out there. I have grown to like this one. As a result, my Adsense and Clickbank income is growing week after week as I get more blogs up. I only think it is appropriate to share what I have been doing with those here.

There are three purposes for this Hub:

1. Layout my make-money-blogging blueprint
2. Show how Firepow 2.0 automates (speeds up) most of this time-consuming process
3. Explain how I will help you build your own blog network

Again, I hate to come across all about "making money online" but this blogging network I'm building is literally saving me in this down economy. I only have a part time job right now and I don't even know how long that is going to last. Blogging is helping to pay the bills and may soon be a significant source of our family income. So here goes.

I basically look at blogging as a way of putting my blogs in between people and the products they are looking for. I have an annoying conscience that probably stops me from making more money than I am. I do NOT create blogs on gambling, how to pick up women, scam products, etc. I choose topics and products that I can feel good about.

Here's what I do:

1. Identify profitable niche
2. conduct keyword research
3. identify appropriate keywords for blog (20 to 40 high search/low competition keywords)
4. purchase domain
5. setup hosting account
6. install wordpress blog
7. install theme and plugins
8. configure blog, theme and plugins
9. purchase, write, or rewrite content for blog
10. post content to blog
11. setup optin form
12. move onto next blog

This kind of blogging works quite well. As I said, my income is growing from week to week. Here's the problem. Building a single blog is very time consuming.

Identifying a niche and doing keyword research can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. This is because there will usually be 2 or 3 deadend niches until I find one that is profitable and has decent searches and competition.

Setting up the blog can also take 1 to 3 hours. Fantastico makes it a bit quicker, but not that much. Setting up and configuring plugins is very time consuming.

Creating content is also very time consuming. Most of the time I rewrite PLR content. Funny though, I even have blogs that use un-rewritten PLR content and they STILL rank and produce income. Duplicate content doesn't work the way we think it does.

So, just to get one blog up and running can take a whole day. I do have a life with other things to do so I'm lucky if I can get one new blog up each week.

So, this is what I have been doing for the past year. It's been really exciting and fun. It is truly amazing when the income starts flowing in. It's almost hard to believe that you can set up a simple site and it continues to produce income over and over again. It's totally awewome!
