Let's start at the top..

I am working on a number of
hubs, dealing with the
Constitution of the USA,
The Bill of Rights, and
any relationships our
laws have with Islamic
law, and/or Sharia Law.

Let me begin with the

Constitution of the United States of America.

OR, should I say the Bill of Rights?

The Constitution is a long document detailing the structure of our
Government and one of the pieces of our Constitution is the Bill of Rights.

This is where we find the so-called amendments to the Constitution that are
there to protect the rights of ALL American Citizens.
Our law makers and Courts have spent millions of hours and millions of pages
of decisions to interpret what can be written in plain language and understood
by anyone with average intelligence.
I won't bore you with all the legal versions of the Bill of Rights,

I will just look at the text that is the law of the land.

Before I continue, I want to point out that out President who swore to uphold
the Constitution of the United States had this to say about our constitution..

Barack Hussein Obama said "He does not believe in the Constittution"!

He did not believe in the Constitution, since it only defines what Government
cannot do, but does not say what Federal Government can do.
Yet, he swore on a bible, (and that is another story)
to uphold our Constitution!

What is the Problem with our Constitution?.

First Amendment: Freedom of Religion, Press, Speech, and Assembly!

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the Free exercise therof, or abridging the Freedom of Speech,
or of the press; or the right of the people Peaceably to assemble and to
petition the government for redress of grievances.

Tens of thousands of pages of legal interpretation of these few simple words
have muddied up the water.
Now our President has taken it upon himself to appoint a man to a high level
non-elected, non-confirmed position in our Government! This man, Mark Lloyd
The Diversity CZAR thinks Freedom of speech is overrated!
This un-elected man has been given the power to bypass our legislature
while he has the power to regulate the FCC and licensing of all over the air
broadcast, Radio, TV, Satellite and internet.
Mark Lloyd has said our Freedom of speech guaranteed by the
First Amendment is overrated, and he has determined that Talk Radio is
overwhelmed by Conservatives, and it needs to be brought under
control of the Obamanation.
He aspires to the philosophy that Conservative Talk radio and internet
blogs are filled with lies. In order to punish liars, his solution is to
silence their voices.
If you know someone is a liar, do you tell them to shut up, or do you
point out the error of their way?
Now if indeed, the Talk Radio hosts and bloggers are liars, just let them
keep up with the lies, while you spread truth.
Seems like there is only one reason to shut down people who disagree
with you, and that is because they are telling the Truth..

Van Jones was an icon of the Obama Czars, and after weeks of the
so called lies of the Conservative Radio and internet, he has resigned!
When has a Liberal ever resigned under fire of the truth? Just why
would this man of impeccable character, selected by our President resign?

Hmm,, Mama always said "the Truth Hurts"!

YES,, It is called Truth, and truth is all we need to defeat the BOOTs.
Well now I guess I will need to admit, I am a Racist, Yes, Mr. Van Jones
says those who told the truth must be Racist. I have news for Mr. Van Jones
and all those liberal crybabies, You People, and you know what I mean,
have turned Racism around, and now it is pointing back at you.
Yes, calling me Racist goes in one ear and out the other!
If being a proud American, who believes in our Constitution and Bill of Rights,
FOR ALL AMERICAN PEOPLE, makes me a Racist, I am proud of it!.
I won't apologize to anyone, but I am aware there are many more good hard
working Black Americans, who are good loyal Americans. I wish they would take
a page from the White Playbook where most White Americans learned to
accept people under the words of Martin Luther King. The words embedded
in our minds from his I had a Dream speech,, "they will not be judged by the
color of their skin, but by the content of their character". The I had a Dream
speech would make good reading for the likes of Van Jones and Jeremiah
Wright. I just have to remind people of MLK's words from the I had a Dream
speech.
"But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm
threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining
our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to
satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.".

"We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of
dignity and discipline".

THINK ABOUT THOSE WORDS, MR. OBAMA, MR WRIGHT, MR. JONES!

Think about the constitution that allowed Mr. King to speak freely, without
interference from some Political opposition looking for ways to silence him!

It is called Constitution,, the Bill of Rights,, and it belonged to all people.

Americans of all race and creed, who want to preserve our Constitution must
look past skin color and see what is inside those who want to deny
ALL AMERICAN of any COLOR their right to FREE SPEECH.

Freedom of Speech does have some limits, you can't scream "fire" in a
crowded building, you can't work in Wal Mart and tell customers about
some good deals at K-Mart!
Freedom of Speech must be used with a certain amount of Common Sense!
Can you imagine Mark Lloyd saying he thinks the President was lying when he
said "I had no idea Jeremiah Wright was like that"! So even though we have
Freedom Of Speech,
we also need to take responsibility for our words and opinions.

Note: the First amendment says Congress shall make no law respecting an

the Freedom of Speech, or of the press;

There may be times of emergency when some controls can and should be
put into place, but the type of emergency must be explicitly defined so there
can be no mistake about the meaning of the word "emergency"! We cannot
allow our elected leaders to invent an emergency for the sole purpose of
denying people of their Constitutional rights.

A bill proposed by Democrat Senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia would
allow the President to seize control of all Private Internet communications in time
of emergency. This bill is an example of the Liberal attack of freedom of speech,
since the definition of emergency is vague and left to the discretion of the
President. To be honest, efforts are being made to clarify "emergency",
but this must be closely watched..

When you read my Hubs, they are my words and my opinion.
This is not to say they may reflect the opinions of others, I hope they do,
since I don't want to be standing here alone. Patriot Americans need
each other to fight the battle for the American Dream, that can only be
accomplished under the guidance of the Constitution of the United States
of America. Our first amendment is under attack and that should bother
ALL Americans, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Liberals, and
Conservatives.

What about the rest, Commies and Marxists and Black Racists?

Unfortunately we still have Communist, Marxist and Black Racists making
a mockery of our Constitution, tearing it  to pieces, because they
Don't like it or they think it is overrated..

Meanwhile, keep an eye on your Government,

They will be working hard to take over the Health Care Industry,

They will be doing everything in their power to silence the voice
of conservative talk radio and internet

They will be moving along Campaign election legislation that will
allow Unions and Businesses to spend unlimited funds for advertising
support for individual candidates. With that kind of power and money,
Only those selected by the Unions and Businesses will have the resources
to get elected, especially if the voice of conservatism is stymied..
