First Premier Bank offers credit cards for poor credit rating people. Their cards have very similar, if not identical features. They all come with high fees and low credit limit (as do all the other bad credit rating credit cards), but do give you an opportunity to use a credit card (despite your bad credit) and do help you to rebuild your credit rating.

Currently I see that Centennial MasterCard is pretty popular, but there is a demand for all of these cards because there are quite a few credit cards for poor credit available.

As I said already - high fees is a bad side of First Premier credit cards (as always with credit cards for poor credit rating), but they do help you rebuild your credit rating and you end up with a perfectly valid credit card to use once you obtain them. Good luck!
