Fish with Creamy Tomato Pepper Sauce

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Choice of fish (de-boned)

3 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)

½ tbsp Red pepper flakes

3 pc Red tomatoes (chopped)

2 tbsp Cornstarch

¼ cup Parmesan (or Cheddar) cheese (grated)

¼ cup Water

Carrots (fried)

 

 

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in a skillet.
  2. Sautee garlic on butter.
  3. Add red pepper flakes (add more if you want more spice).
  4. Add tomatoes and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cornstarch. Make sure it's dissolve in sauce thoroughly.
  6. Add fish. Cook in sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Top with grated parmesan just before turning of the fire.
  8. Serve with fried carrots.

 

Fried Carrots:

  1. Heat vegetables in pan.
  2. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt.
  3. Add carrots. Fry for 2 minutes.

 

 

*NOTES: This creamy pepper sauce works nice with any other kind of sea food.
