Fitness - your ability to stay in the best physical shape...

Do you struggle getting through each day?

You might be thinking, "why do I need to stay in shape?"

Why should I even think about getting sweaty...for what possible reason?

Well, it's all your choice...if fitness means something different to you...

For most, it's a matter of staying happy and healthy as long as possible.

You see, your body is designed to move. Period!

Maybe you don't agree, but when you consider each body part as a well oiled machine...suddenly you move and feel different.

A body that is cared for means the entire fitness notion works the best that it can for you.

I guess eventually if your body is neglected, then as an individual... you won't run well and eventually won't run at all...make sense?

If you decide to look after your body, it should last many years longer.

Hopefully you can experience a lifetime of fitness?

If you choose...

If your body isn't taken care of, you probably already feel the ongoing effects as pain and stiffness set-in, cutting several years off life at the same time.

That's not good news to you, but if that's how you treat your body, you're only asking for shaving away days, weeks, and even years off of your own life.

Well, maybe you should ask yourself...do or don't you take care of yourself?

Just maybe fitness is a necessary part of life!

Before we get on the soap box, remember fitness is both your attitude and state of mind.

Do you want to...and do you believe you can get into the habit of doing taking action, which makes your day easy...even makes your life easier.

Fitness is not something you have to struggle with...or is it?

Let's go back in time...when you were say three years...you were probably taught to brush your teeth.

You learned to put your clothes on...

When you were learning how to do simple every day actions you probably at first hated.

But, the lesson is once you learned how to do it, it became simple to do and you didn't think twice about it.

Do you worry about brushing your teeth today?

Maybe no...because it's a habit...

That's what we want you to think of when you think of fitness.

It's just a habit, a natural action you do.

Maybe the first weeks of learning to stay healthy can be the hardest.

You might think twice and dread it...

You might look for any or every other excuse under the sun not to do it.

You might claim that getting fit takes too much time and is just too hard.

You just can't give up what you love.

So who are you kidding...who care it's your decision...your body...your life!

In fact, if you've made the choice not to save your life, that's fine!

Sometimes by sacrificing just a few weeks, maybe by then you've come to your own decision that fitness can be easily mastered by you...

Take a look at yourself right now.

What do you see? If you're unhappy about any part of your body, chances are good that area of your body is bothering you because it's an unhealthy area.

Although you may start looking into fitness because you want to lose weight, fitness is not just about weight loss.

Maybe by understanding where you stand on these factors above, you can work to improve your overall health, wellness and increase your lifespan as well...

As you enjoy the daily rewards...

You can only aim to increase the quality of life that you are currently living.

If you don't think that you need to lose weight, that's great!

You're one step closer to being healthy.

But, that's not to say that you don't have health problems beyond that level.

Do you think you're still at risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol as well as other concerns?

Even though you aren't technically overweight?

Just maybe you need to look a bit further, and take into consideration the fact that overall health is in fact important to improve...
