 You can have flatter abs in two weeks if you exercise daily for about thirty minutes and include the five foods described to reduce your waistline.  Just by eating these foods or adding them to your dietary intake daily as well as getting up off of the couch and exercising will get you flatter abs in two weeks.  You must be consistent in what you eat daily getting your caloric intake less than 1200 calories and walking, jogging, exercising, or hitting the gym daily to help work the pounds from your abdomen.

You can shed a third of your belly fat if you incorporate avocados into a diet of not more than 1600 calories daily. A test was given to women at the Yale’s Prevention research Center that proved the previous fact of the importance of avocados in reducing your waistline.

Egg whites has also been proven to banish belly fat with the inclusion of healthy proteins to the body. The egg whites actually fill you up and preserves the muscle tissue to prevent your belly from being flabby or fat. Muscle is better than fat when it comes to being healthy even for women as muscle is often attributed to men. There is surprisingly little fat in the egg whites and without the yellow of the egg added, the food contains no cholesterol. The increase of the protein that is found in egg whites causes a shed of fat from the body of up to thirty per cent. Add other protein rich foods to your waistline reduction   is broiled  fish, soy, lean cuts of chicken and turkey.

Green tea is an antioxidant that serves a dual purpose. Green tea not only rid the body of harmful toxins but also serves to reduce your waistline. A report submitted to More magazine reported that participants who drank green tea every day and followed a routine exercise program dropped about 7.7 per cent of their belly fat. The report spanned three months and the results were conclusive. The same group was given the exercise regiment without green tea and only lost 0.3 per cent of body fat. Green tea is reasoned to speed up the metabolism that promotes fat burning especially around the waistline.

Sour cherries and crushed blue berries reduces and banishes belly fat. These two types of fruit contain chemicals that directly reduces your waistline.. The dark color of the fruit skins of the sour cherries and the blue berries contains ingredients that can reduce your waistline to a healthy measurement..

Whole grains not only is good for you because of the fiber content, the food is known to reduce your waistline. A report submitted to More publication stated that four to seven servings of whole grain foods contributed to reducing your waistline on a scale of twice as much than foods with enriched or refined products. Actually not only the belly fat is important but all around your body. One mustn't concentrate on just the belly..and keep the fat on your rear lolllllll..

Well, I know I'll never look like the picture on the hub regardless of how many avocados I eat. But, who knows, what if I ended up looking like that?! Wow, I'd get a ot of looks, that's for sure!! I love green tea and have felt healthier since drinking it. It also helps me sleep through the night, but at times, I drift away and get back into coffee. So when I read an article like this, it motivates me to become the prodigal green tea drinker.
