Five minute chocolate mousse

I love this easy recipe, it is great to put on top a cup hot chocolate, or peice of pie or cake. Give some to your kids to dip pieces of fruit in. Try using a butterscotch flavor instead, to top on your coffee.

You will need.

1 1/2 cups of cold milk

1 package of Chocolate flavored Istant pudding and pie mix, or any flavor(4 serving size)

1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip topping(No name brand is fine too)

Pour milk in large bowl, ad puddin mix. Beat with wire whisk fo about 2 minutes

Stir in one cup of the whipped topping, place bol in fridge untill ready to serve.

For bet results refrigerate for a couple of hours....Note...You can serve in small servin dishes as a main dessert as well...
