Another week and more mysteries remained to be uncovered. This episode does reveal a lot compared to all the other episodes thus far. We find out who is responsible for the black out, but we're not told if they have tried their experiment before. If you want to watch the show, then I would recommend you watch the episode first and then read this review. I do have some spoilers moments in this review.

Simon:
This episode we get a chance to meet Simon. His dealings with the woman on the train suggest that he is a sleazy dirt bag. He claims to be a quantum physicist and uses his charm to seduce the woman. He even goes as far as sharing his flash forward with her, in which it is revealed that he is killing a man by strangling him. He even admits that he seemed to have enjoyed killing this man according to this flash forward. Questions even Simon does not know are, who is this man he just murdered? why did he murder him? More on Simon a little later.

Janice:
After being shot in the last episode, Janice makes it to the hospital and is operated on by Olivia. In my opinion there seems to be a close group of people who just tend to walk in and out of each others lives. She finally recovers from the gun shot wound but she is told that she will not be able to carry a child inside of her. Which is a clear contradiction of her flash forward in which she is seen as getting an ultra sound and finding out the sex of the baby inside of her. She is distraut distraught that she will not be able to get pregnant but at the same time does not know why she is so upset because she did not want a child in the first place. How will she get pregnant now? Is it through some miracle? Was Olivia wrong?

Dimitri & Al:
Both of these guys are on a mission to find out who attacked Janice as well as Demetri and company in Washington D.C. They follow a clue found on the body of the man who shot at Janice. The blue hand is also referenced in Mark's flash forward and Demetri uses the clues as he conjures up ideas on where this dead man might have come from. Eventually they end up in a mansion and find three dead bodies that seem to have their hand covered in blue paint.

Al finds an ID of a man he is going to be investigating in his flash forward. So we know what Al will be doing for the next 6 months. Also it seems like Demetri was busy solving the case than Mark.

Mark:
With Halloween being celebrated, he goes trick or treating with his daughter and Aaron. Mark sees three men with masks that look very similar to the men who attack him in the office duirng his flash forward. He goes on a chase on to find out that these were some up to no good teenagers.

Mark also has a blow out with Olivia and things seem to be unraveling between the two of them. Why you ask? Well Dylan manages to sneak out of the hospital and ends up at Mark's home. Mr Simcoe (Dylan's father) manages to make his way to Mark's home as well. Eventually everything starts to click for Mr Simcoe and he realizes that this is the same house as his flash forward and he now knows that it was Olivia who called for him. As a result of this Mark and Olivia have an argument and both start questioning each other and accuse each other of doing wrong to each other which has yet to take place.Will they actually call it quits? will Mark start drinking?

Lloyd Simcoe:
Lloyd finds out who the other woman was in his flash forward and he now recognizes his location in his flash forward. We are also given a hint as the episode ends that him along with Simon are responsible for the flash forward. Turns out it was a scientific experiment that went wrong according to Lloyd but it seems like Simon is more sinister and might have seen this experiment as a success. We'll just have to wait and see the true colors of these two and I can't wait to find out what was this experiment they conducted and so much more. stay tuned folks.
