What we have above is a simple organization structure diagram. At the top, it has the president of the business. Right below that, it has all the departments within the business, and on the bottom it has who holds the top position in each department. This is just one way that organization structure diagrams are displayed. Some can have more levels, or departments within departments, up to just about any size.
