Based on Consumer Search, Firefox is the best web browser - but I want to know where they get their results from. Please, take the user opinion poll to the right to see what web browser is most preferred by the online user community. Because, I personally like Firefox - that's what helped convince me to try Flock. But I definitely think Flock is the better counterpart... Just interested in seeing what everyone else thinks.
I absolutely LOVE the Flock browser and suggest it to ALL! Especially if you are into social networking ... or even if you aren't it's a great, easy, hands-on way to understand what it's about and create a huge shorcut. Flock can be used by the experienced social bug, a total online newbie, or a business/entrepreneur trying to make a mark online. I use it for a little of everything and can't think of a reason why anyone else wouldn't love it. So this hub is dedicated to sharing it with as many as possible!

I can honestly say I have never been in love with a browser before, but then it happened, Flock entered my life. I simply didn't think it was possible to love something so basically functional and...

Flock Web Browser
Flock is powered by Mozilla. To me, that's great news! I am not a fan of Internet Explorer at all and have been using Firefox since about 2005.
If you are already a Firefox user and fan like me, then it shouldn't be difficult for you to make the switch to Flock - and even if you are an Internet Explorer user, it still is easy. After downloading Flock you have the option to import your history and bookmarks from either browser so you're up and ready to go after that. All you have left to do is figure out what Flock has to offer and how to use it.
Flock FAQ Answers
Yes, Firefox is the same as Firefox 3 (the pages look the same). It even allows for most of your favorite Firefox Plugins and of course includes the latest in security.
So, What Does Flock Have to Offer?
If you take a look to the right there are a bunch of icons showing some of what to expect with the Flock experience. Also, you can take a look at some really neat pics, provided by Flickr users, of how great the Flock experience really is.
Social Networking
Web 2.0 appears to be the core theme of this neat web browser. Flock features plugins from some of the hottest online web 2.0 communities. Yet, I would definitely like to still see a few more added.
Below is what you can expect from each of the icons. At the click of a button you can post, search, connect to, or see what your friends are doing - all in convenient sidebars.
People
- MySpace
- Digg
Media Minbar
- YouTube
- Flickr
- Photobucket
- tinypic
- Picasa
Web Mail
- Gmail
- Yahoo Mail
- AOL Mail
Search and Favorite
- delicious
- magnolia
Blog Editor
- Blogger
- WordPress
- LiveJournal
Sometimes, with all the sidebars, the screen does get crowded and take up space, but then all you do is close it and click on the icon when you're ready to be social again.
How To Flock
I don't know. All I know is I've been using Flock for a few months now and I just love it's ease of use and the fact that everything is only a mouse click away.
How to Use Flock
There's so much info on how to use Flock. I say, just download it and fool around with it. I'm a fan of learn as you go, but you also can miss out on some pretty crucial stuff if you do it that way sometimies. Flock has a great tutorial that pops up when you first download it. Take some time to look at it, take a few minutes to check out some of the how to Flock and review videos, follow some links, and have fun Flocking! Don't forget to come back and vote!
