The thing that I am looking for is a foldaway elliptical strider. First when I heard that combination of words I was sold. I really did not know what it was since I hade never seen one live. But after that moment of inspiration I started looking for it. As it turned out it is propably nothing more than an elliptical trainer that is considered a foldaway. That means that it can easily be stored under your bed or in a closet because it does not take much space as it can be folded.

What does it look like? A foldaway elliptical strider is not something that you can find easily when going to the gym or the fitness shops that you have around your town center. It is considered a cross trainer since it is one but on the top of that it is foldable. So you don't have to have a huge space to keep it. Just any place will do because you can put it away while you are not using it. An electric treadmill is not anything like this since it usually needs a lot of space to keep and store in.

Some of the foldaway elliptical striders come with a body cushion that makes it even more comfortable to do you daily workouts. And since you have the equipment at your home you will do your exercise daily. There is no excuses for not being able to go to the gym. If you still need a sharper image on why to get this kind of gym equipment then you need to get yourself new glasses.

Many of the foldaway elliptical striders have a monitor which tells you a bunch of different things about your exercise. First you will usually have a pulse monitor that attaches to your ear or it has some metallic paddles on the machine that you keep your hands on. That joins your hands in a small electric current that will measure the electric pulses that your heart sends out while it beats. This way your pulse can be easily monitored while working out. You can also see the time that you have been working out because it has a clock also. It keeps time since the very first stride and end the timekeep when you stop doing it. Combining this with the knowledge of the resistance that you are using it is easy to calculate the calories burnt. This is also shown on the sharp image monitor on your foldaway elliptical trainer.
