I chose this title because it has a double meaning.

I've been drawing ever since I was a little girl, and the joy it brought to my soul then, continues to this day.

When I follow my heart to create from within, a sense of awareness and expansion always exists. My focus is on the moment, allowing the pen to reveal what is churning out from deep within my soul.

It's a win-win situation because I'm able to express myself through a medium that naturally satiates me inside and out.

In my case, my passion is literally drawing what I need and want in my life---joy, fulfillment, inspiration, expression, and plenty of laughter.

Art is one of my ongoing passions and throughout the years, it has led me to some wonderful experiences:

1- Experimenting with different mediums, learning new techniques, being exposed to the digital world of art.

2- Participating in small and large art, and theme-oriented shows.

3- Creating on-line sites to display my works, and links to some of my favorite artists.

4- Learning to network with other like-minded people.

5- Viewing other artists' works and constantly being inspired and encouraged.

6- Making new friends and encouraging others, especially teens and young adults, to follow their passions with what they love to do.

The rewards are many when I pick up a pen and let the drawings unfold magically right in front of my eyes. I'm often so amazed when I begin to draw something in mind, and then it gradually solidifies into something quite different. I view this as connecting with my internal flow, energy, chi.

The Intrinsic Rewards are on so many levels.

1- Doing what I love is very therapeutic for my soul.

2- Filling myself with inspiration and love of what I'm doing, easily transfers over to other areas of my life.

3- My eyes focus on the beauty of gorgeous and easily taken-for-granted settings, cute animals, different faces, etc., in everyday situations.

4- Finding a way to express oneself is important. We all need to have a voice or voices in life. We are individuals who are multi-talented, and each day provides us with ways to discover hidden aspects of who we truly are.

5- Feel the Oneness of all things. Everything and everyone has their own wonderful aspects and quirks that makes life interesting.

No matter what your passions are, when you include them in your life consistently, success is inevitable, both internally and externally.

By answering these questions, you may begin to sense an overview of how much time you allow yourself to revel in your passions.
