There is an estimated eight million people who suffer from excessive sweating in the united state. Some experts argue that, it is genetic, however, it does not mean you can't do anything about it. And, i am not talking about botox or surgery, those procedures are hella expensive, im talking natural. Controlling excessive sweating can be as easy as elliminating certain food or drinks.

One of the culprits of excessive sweating are hot or spicy foods. If you haven't noticed, when you eat hot food you tend to sweat more. Hot foods can also make you sweat because, they can increase the body's metabolism. That equals to your body heating up and causes you to sweat.

The other cause of over sweating is my all time favorite, the Coffee. Coffee has caffeeine in it. One of the effects of caffeine in our body is it makes our heart beat faster and increase the body's metabolism. This will heat up the body and causes you to sweat. So, it is good to stop drinking coffee or anything with caffeine.

Taking hot liquids, whether it is soup or coffee, hot liquids heats up our body. Since the body, cannot cool down fast enough for its liking, the body will start to sweat to help cool down.

And lastly the big one is Alcohol. Alcohol can dehydrate our body. It makes us urinate a lot. Im sure you guys have noticed this, especially when your drinking beer. Although most of the alcohol comes out as urine some of it passes throught the body through sweat. This is the reason why you feel hot while drinking alcohol.

There they are, elliminating these foods and drinks in your diet should help you control your over sweating problems.
