You can Double Your Weight Loss Efforts

If you have been working on losing weight you probably have heard that it is important to keep a food diary for weight loss. But did you know you can actually double your weight loss efforts by tracking what you put in your mouth?

Food diaries are powerful in helping the dieter pin point where the extra weight and calories is coming from. Often people eat throughout the day and don't even realize it. I know I have caught myself reaching for a snack just because it happened to be there. Not because I was hungry.

Once you start tracking what you are eating, you will realize where you are falling off track. On the other hand if you start to see weight loss, then you can go back a continue to eat the same way so you will continue to get results.
