We live in a fast food society of overweight and unhealthy people. Our nations society is quickly taking it's place in natural evolution towards the heavier and diseased filled generation. The solution of fad diets can be just as dangerous themselves, as the overweight condition itself. Healthy weight is just one part of an overall healthy lifestyle.
The conclusion of all the research conducted by many respected organizations, is that people are overweight because they intake more calories than they burn. Now I'm no rocket scientist, but isn't this common sense? These research studies also came to the conclusion, that overweight people also tend to eat too many rich foods high in fat and sugar, and devoid of nutritional value. Did it really take research to figure this out?
They've got to be kidding me. Ask anyone and they will tell you that the reason Americans are so fat is because they eat crap, and to much of it! I bet your impressed with these "respected organizations" findings that's eluded us all to healthy weight and body types. I know I am! Thank God for experts!
You're not being asked here to starve yourself, and I am not going to cover an exercise routine. However I am writing this to cover some fundamentals and basics for weight loss. Anyone that has failed at dieting and weight loss repeatedly needs to reprogram their thinking about food.

Food is The Cure!
Food is an incredible prescription to many ailments and diseases. Something I accidentally came across was how food also can be prescribed for weight loss. Naturally you should consult with a doctor before starting any diet or exercise routine. Hopefully this is common sense to anyone reading this.
1. Healthy bodies need protein to build muscles 2. Carbohydrates for energy 3. Vitamins, Minerals, and Fatty Acids for good health
That said, beware of radical diet programs offering weight loss through elimination of one of these necessary food groups. Filter through the ridiculous special diets and fad diets that have you buying special foods, stupid programs, and taking pills. Even worse, some of the most popular diets are completely damaging to your body such as low-fat low-calorie low-carb. Fad diets can not only damage your body but they are also unhealthy for you and can quite literally be very dangerous!
Anyone that's been involved with fad dieting can attest to how lousy they feel following these fad diets. These harmful fad diets have you removing usually one necessary food component down to a minimum. When you feel lousy, that's your body usually telling you that you're missing something and not getting the important element you've been removing.
Low-Fat, Low-Calorie, Low-Protein, it's always something "low" or removed and supplemented as the primary. Many people claim they feel like they're starving themselves with fad diets like atkins, jenny craig, weight watchers, and then there is those other crazy fad diets that have you eating all this protein and you feel loaded and bogged down feeling like crap with no energy. That's because your body NEEDS the fundamental nutritional values of all 3.
There is a new concept with this theory.
* Stop eating the wrong foods * At the wrong time * In the wrong portions
