Recently the U.S. Department of Agriculture unveiled MyPyramid for Preschoolers, part of an effort by the USDA to reach parents and caregivers who prepare children's meals.

You can visit MyPyramid.gov and enter your childs name, age and activity level to get a customized MyPryamid plan.

As a parent I know how important it is for us to have as much information as possible. With the obesity level in the U.S. on the rise this could only help!
