There are several Men's magazine I have read but certainly not all that is written is practical or otherwise. The potpourri of advice and suggestions were culled from different sources and I have decided to share some of those which I think is practical and logical basing on scientific and proven methods.
Nowadays most men are always on the go eating junk food basically on the run. Thus what you get are burgers and other other food loaded with transfat but not the necessarily the diet with the required vitamins and minerals on a daily basis.Coupled with stressful situations in their respective careers and occupation much is to be desired in our present generation.
The following might not be the panacea for your condition but rummage thru the list caused you will certainly find one that suits your age and condition.
1. Feeling depressed- Eat one tablespoon of ground flaxseed daily. It is the best source of alpha-linoleic acid or ALA a healthy fat that improves the workings of the cerebral cortex the area of the brain that processes sensory information, including that of pleasure.
2.Slowing metabolism. The advice is simple munch one slice of hard or semi hard cheese two or three time daily.The secret is aside from the seven grams of protein per slice and no sugar meaning it does not raise sugar levels at all. But you will benefit in its FAT BURNING MODE.
3.Lack of sex drive. Yes walnuts, peanuts, or almonds two handfulus of any of the three could do some wonders.Research shows that men with diets high in monounsaturated fat ( that kind found in nuts) have higher testosterone levels. It also improve blood flow thru out the body.
The key is to take natural food especially fruit and vegetables. Of course your doctor should be consulted on something which you think is proper.
