Some of the best drills are the quickest and easiest to set up. Such is the case with the five drills below. All you need are step over bags, two pvc pipe circles and some shields. 

Quickness and agility can always be improved upon. The drills should be short, competitive and fun. However, they must also simulate what the players do in game conditions. As coaches, we demand our players do the drills to perfection. it doesn't do any good to practice something if players try to "slop" through it. That is how they will end up doing it in a game.

Players can never get too much work with agility drills. If they can't move their feet, they're going to have a very hard time competing. I hope these drills will be of help. Thanks for reading...........
