Boosting your Weight Training with Force Factor Nitric Oxide Supplement
73It's a little off-topic for me here on Hubpages, but since I am having so much success with Force Factor with my bodybuilding and workouts, I figured I would write a hub to share this success with those of you whom workout regularly and are looking for an additional boost to your weight training.
Nitric Oxide for Weight Training
Use of nitric oxide during weight training has come to the forefront of the bodybuilding community in the past few years. Products like "Superpump", "NO-Xplode", and others have promised to promote greater muscle tearing during weight lifting sessions, which causes enhanced muscle regrowth during post-workout recovery and repair. Essentially, by allowing the body to work out harder, these supplements give your body additional results on top of the results you would have gotten from your workout alone.
The principle for including nitric oxide with your weight training is rather straightforward; NO is a vasodilator, meaning it causes the blood vessels in your body to dilate, which in turn provides more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. When taken before and during workouts, it allows for harder, more intense training and lifting, which increases muscle tearing (without injury) and increases the effects of your weight training on your body.
Force Factor is the latest in a line of supplements that looks to provide weight trainers and body builders with this advantage. I've cycled on and off of these various supplements during the past couple of years, and Force Factor is the one that I'd regard as the best, and also as the one with the most impact on my training.
Force Factor for Weight Training
There are a number of reasons that I prefer Force Factor over the other supplements. First, most of the other nitric oxide supplements on the market come as a horrifically tasting powder that you mix with water to make a (also terribly tasting) drink. Force Factor comes in a capsule form, which is both easier on the stomach and a hell of a lot easier on the taste buds.
Second, Force Factor is creatine-free, which I really love. If you've never heard of creatine monohydrate, it's basically a supplement that body builders take to increase their physical size, but with little impact on their strength. Creatine use gives the user that "water weight" look... large, puffy muscles that aren't as strong as you would normally expect from a person of that size. I'm into being as strong as possible, and frankly I don't care how enormous I look. So, I totally prefer that Force Factor lacks creatine.
Third, there's no caffeine. One of the things that most bothered me about Superpump is that it is loaded with caffeine. A couple of scoops, and you're off to the land of the jitters, with your hands shaking as you try to grip the weights. With no caffeine in Force Factor, there's nothing in there to give you the shakes as you try to work out and to cause you to feel like you just took some methamphetamines.

If not... read on!
Force Factor - Loaded with Arginines
Force Factor comes loaded with arginine or "L-Arginine", which is involved in a number of different body processes from helping to heal cuts and scrapes to maintaining proper function of body hormones and the immune system. Force Factor is loaded with additional arginines for the body to absorb, which helps you in may ways both inside of the gym and out in the rest of your life. I see the additional of arginines as an added bonus that no other nitric oxide supplement bothers to offer, even though they could easily.
Finally - Force Factor was designed by athletes. The entire Force Factor formula was developed in conjunction with the Harvard University rowing team, who were looking for a product that would increase their endurance and strength during and after long, intense workouts. Rowers spend a lot of time in the gym, and any product that will help maximize the results of those workouts while being approved by the doping agencies is something that everyone can benefit from. Force Factor is legal, and it works.
Hopefully I've convinced you that this stuff is no joke - Force Factor is an excellent supplement for men who are looking to maximize the effects of their weight training and build as much strength as possible.
Good luck with your weight training and enjoy your free Force Factor!

I have been using the trial and I must say I have noticed the difference. I have added poundage to my workouts--went from 190 to 200 in bench press in one week, first time. Used 80 pound precehr curl pretty effortlessly, compard with 65 the week before. The only thing is, you cna order onkly by credit card and I really don't want the charge showing up.
Thanks for your response stuart. Got the email reply as well, reminded me to check here and see if anyone else responded. The jury is still out on Force Factor for me.
Hey I wanted to know if this comes in powder form? I have a hard time swallowing pills. Are the pills big or small? I might be able to swallow them if they are small.

I have an easy time with working out my biceps and triceps lifting weights already but im wondering will this help my ab workouts?
Do you take the pill before the workout, and if so, how long before?
Ive read numerous reviews of this product, but still want to understand what is in the supplement and what they do. Please reply at definitesoldier4@yahoo.com
Can woman use force factor ?
I think woman can't use it!
I think woman could possibly turn into a morph with a man body if she use it.
I signed up for the free trial and have been using it. I have only used six capsules. The first two (breakfast and lunch) and then I skipped a day and used two before lunch. The first day I got stomach pains and overall body discomfort. So I called the company and I cancelled my subscription. Then I noticed my body begin to change. I noticed an overall body expansion. I thought, "Wow! It's true. I am growing. I like it." Yesterday, I took my 5th and 6th capsules 30 minutes before lunch. About an hour and a half after lunch I lifted weights and then noticed I could press more than unusual. After weight lifting, I noticed good arm, shoulder and chest form, which really encouraged me. This morning I woke up and went out walking/jogging at a nearby school track, which is a miracle for me to do this because I am not a morning person. I always exercise in the evening. I never seem to have enough energy to exercise in the morning. But I did and I did it with such ease and still had enough energy to exercise more even after I finished. I thought, "Gosh, this nitric oxide is working wonders for me." Well, this evening as I am writing this message to you guys. I just don't feel good using the product. I believe there are some side effects. I have been searching for someone else's experience with this product, but I have not found anyone that has said there are side effects. Does anyone know what side effects or any long term effects a person can have after using Nitric Oxide? I sure would like to know and I may not right now, but my body is sure to telling to stop taking this product. It doesn't like me right now. Any suggestions?
So your an idiot for posting it three times.. But i have to say i cannot tell if tis the hard work and diet, mental persuation, or that this works. I hadtrouble when they automaticaly signed me up for $70 a bottle each month. I must say that i fealt more energenic during my workouts and it would seem i got more swelling on my arms and chest then ever. I also experieced far more cut in my abdominal region. Now i have been consistant for a year in work out. Anabolic Muscle buildersby BODY TECH helped me up my weight by about ten pounds for every workout and 10 pounds of body weight. I got sick lost ten pounds and then received Force Factor Trial in the mail. Within weeks i felt like i saw more swelling and definition in my muscles then ever before.. Unfortunately i ran out and got sick weeks later. My only concernis the expense of the product.
How can i cancel the product, i live in puerto rico and i wanted to cancel the product like the week after i got it, but when i call all the numbers there is no response. They are shipping me the 30 day supply but i dont want it . How to i get in contact with them?
i need a number where they can answer or an email or something.
please help me
Sounds like something that could really benefit my weight training.
I think the stuff works, it seems it's not a pre-workout supplement like superpump250 (which works amazingly well despite the taste, but makes you sleepless after the workout). Force factor capsules take long to be broken down and absorbed into the body so taking them before working out doesn't help, I just found out. It seems you have to stay on a continuous 2Xdaily dose to get real results, which I'm now gonna try, the instructions are silent on that, and I can't figure out why you have to take the capsules on an empty stomach..
Hey Tony, you must drink a lot of water after taking the capsules, it's clear from the label the stuff requires a lot of water to be broken down.. water intake should fix the stomach and body discomfort. I'm not a doctor, but that works for me.
does thiss force factor product stunt growth problem
i just received my free trail of force factor. it only charged me $5 shipping and handling you get 60 capsule in the free trail. the bottle says take 2-4 capsule 30 min before breakfest and 2-4 capsules 30 mins before lunch for the best results. it also says to drink 64 ounces of water thrughout the day.
Im thinking about getting force factor but im not clear on how this works:( I mean i know what it does i just don't understand how the plan works... So you take 2 or 4 capsules 30 min before breakfast ok i got that but do you work right after right after your meals? Someone also said on here that he took the pills like it told him t and then he finally started working out on the 2nd day so does this mean that you need t get your body use t the pills before working out or how does that work? See i hate it when they don't tell you the directions or how you use it on the main force factor site...
I want to start using this product but it just seems a little sketchy to me... It seems to easy and to good to be true without any negative side affects either short term or long term... im 135 pounds and im benching 225 but i dont look like i can lift anywhere near that weight so this product seems like it could help me with that but i just dont know what think, any comments on what you think...

Okay, today was my first day of trying Force Factor and I'm already impressed. I read comments on Force Factor prior to receiving it, so I knew that drinking plenty of water was important. So ... I could type this in essay format or the like, but I think this will make my message easier to understand.
1. I received Force Factor via mail at around 1:00pm, btw the expected shipping date was off as it always is - I received it on friday instead of tuesday; I ordered it on the weekend.
2. I hesitantly - yes hesitantly as I have never taken any product similar to this before - took two of the Force Factor capsules and proceeded to drinking 32 ounces of water, which is half the suggested daily amount.
3. On the directions it says to take two capsules BEFORE you eat breakfast AND lunch (4capsules daily), so I figured it should take about 30 or so minutes before my body absorbed the capsules. I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to be sure.
I'll break this into another category to keep it clean:
4. I started feeling restless, as if I had consumed too much caffeine (this is about 2 cups of coffee for me). For me this isn't a feeling I like. It was almost just like when I drink coffee: I feel really lazy and just want to sleep, EXCEPT it also made me want to do things at the same time. It was just a really weird feeling.
5. I'm pretty light, weighing about 135ish pounds. I exercise regularly - about 4-5 times a week. Umm... I've been trying really hard to eat more food. Umm... I bench 145, which isn't that spectacular, but I don't really look like I can bench even that (or maybe I do and don't know it... actually I probably do, lol).
6. Also, you kinda feel like there's a fire going on in your stomach. It's like someone turned your furnace on. It's very enjoyable once you start working out.
7. So yeah, basically day1 kicked ass. I pushed like I've never EVER EVER! done before (I'm serious); I can't describe to you exactly how please I am right now - actually I could but I'm in school and already have enough papers to write tyvm.
8. The bottom line is, if your current, lacking of results situation, is comparable to mine then you should just fork up the $5 and see for yourself... It's 5bucks... seriously... If you have to spend months checking out reviews for a 5bucks trial purchase, don't bother.
9. This is only my first day, so all comments are questionable.
10. I refuse to proofread ANY of this.
hey man good luck i use my self i take 6 a day i love it i just want to go!!!! goodluck 2 you
hey guys ..ok i got mine last friday and i start taking this pill since sat..i take this pills every 30 minutes befor bre.and lunch..so should i work out those 30 minutes b4 lunch or should i wait till later can some one plz help me?
well i guess everyone died useing this stuff pertty good anyone out with smoe results hello!!!!!
still nothing
Can you use Acia Burn with Force Factor? Or is it too much for your body?
i would think as long as it dosent have any more nitric oxide in it you should be fine just rember to train weather running or weights do something
Oh... It's me again.
So it's been about a week now.
No more awesome burning sensation after day one :*(**. Nothing serious, but I thought it was cool.
Ummm... I realize that I need to actually eat a ton more than I used to, but I'm kinda poor, so I've looked into raw eggs. They taste like snot, but at least I don't stave. Also my research informed me that your chances of getting samanelllaljaslja, or however you spell it, are about 1/40000 - plus there ways you can check for an infected egg.
So yeah... Eat things.
I actually take Force Factor with Creatine now - which you can buy off the shelf at a grocery store: I got my Creatine from Harris Teeter - with a light breakfast, 30 minutes before my workout.
As far as results, I definitely see a difference in my muscle definition. Hard to explain... Things are just slightly/noticeably bigger.
But yeah, you should definitely eat if you're metabolism is as ridiculous as mine if you want to keep you smexiness!
Oh, if you eat before your workout before not to eat much at all, because your body has to work to digest your food, and it will make you feel tired and unmotivated.
Hope that made sense, 'cause I really didn't read over any of this.
you really want to take a chance? 1 / 4000 to get it ive had felt like i was going to die and wanted to die!! man just boil ure eggs shit thats easy and no bacteria
Will Force Factor give me noticeable results quick? Cuz I'm sick of people in school saying I'm small
Answering Mike:
Yeah it's a small 1/40000 chance of samanella, but even if you do happen to fall victimization, a healthy person will recover on their own: this is to say that samanella is not a very serious affliction.
As for boiling the eggs, that just takes too long, and I really REALLY don't want to wash a stupid pot everyday, as school is enough of a chore.
Response to D-Nell:
You get out of it what you put in to it. Umm... the reason I started working out was also because I was tired of being picked on. Unfortunately I didn't have any kind of gym of my own that I could work out in, so I could only really push myself about 2 days a week in my weight-lifting class at school.
(Spaces make things less annoying to read. You're welcome.)
So basically I just starting doing push-ups, and curling these pathetic little 10pound weights everyday, because that's all I could do. This really did do much for my motivation, because there's no way to push yourself with those pathetic weights, and you really don't notice improvement from doing push-ups.
When I started college and actually had access to a REAL gym, is when I really started getting into it.
I forgot where I was going with this.
Oh I remember... I'll skip the boring stuff. The conclusion is that in my opinion, Force Factor helps you push your limits and squeeze in some extra reps. If you've been benching 155 for 3 months and don't see yourself improving, I think that Force Factor - COMBINED with eating healthier - is right for you.
Raw eggs are amazing for me. My metabolism is absurd, and I feel 'full' from eating very quickly, which isn't a good combination. Raw eggs are "the ultimate fastfood," as they are high in nutrition and extremely easy to eat. To put this in perspective, 3-4 raw eggs is typically considered to be equal to 1 meal; I can easily eat 10 eggs in 2 minutes.
If you do take a try at raw eggs... the first time you try them it's more than likely going to be disgusting, but they get easier to eat with... lol... practice and technique. The pros just swallow them whole. I'm still like... a novice: I kind of bite the yolk in two and swallow the egg as two seperations.
Did not read over this.
10 eggs? No fear of cholesterol? You may not be getting fat due to your metabolism but that doesn't aleviate the risk of arterial plaque or high blood pressure and it seems boosting blood pressure is just what this product does. So that ring compound risk alarms in my head. But you know best.
I am going to try this product, waiting for my sample. Then I suppose I can contribute as well. I am not lean, I'm 6'2" at about 280 lbs I can bench and press my body weight comfortably. My wife and I run 5k events ( for charity mostly ) but Im chubby. Probably hauling around 50-60 lbs of fat. I don't want to lose my lean muscle as my body burn off fats and my metabolism is just the opposite of what Ive been reading. Every calorie sticks to my gut. For you Weight Watchers out there Im eating 35 points a day, and religeously follow the program, for 3 years.
SLOW metabolism.
Maybe this will be the product to get me over some boundry I haven't been able to cross. We shall see.
what a fool fox is if you dont have time to wash a pot you sure dont need to be woried about lifting weights and takeing care of youreself gee
i was wanting to know does anyone out there taking force factor take it 30 min before they workout say like at night or are u just suppose to stick to 30 min before u eat lunch or breakfeast?
Hey what's the best result methods to use these? Just got mine and it says 2 beforebrealfast and 4 before lunch my question is do you work out after break fast or after lunch? Heh just wanting to get some good results and not make them go to waste cause of stupid mistakes or what not
Hey everyone..... Some common sense is required when taking suppliments. These will stay in your body which is why you take in am and them lunch 9not at supper as it will keep you up) You can work out at any time sine it is always in your system.... Think People!!!!! Think!!!!
Took it this morning and here's my results for day 1
woke up at 7:00 took them and drank 2 glasses of water and then waited the 30 mins
after the 30 minutes I ate breakfast (2 scrambled eggs and a peice of toast) then used a trainer app on my iPhone and did a hour and ahalf workout then rested for 10 mins then did about 20 mins of weight lifting
personally I didn't feel any different after taking the force factor and didn't get and of the other feelings others said they experienced
gee its not that hard isit lol
after doing some research I've concluded this product is Viagra with amino acids. Follow the precautions of the Viagra commercial when taking this stuff.
If your rocket lasts 4 hours and you go blind and get dizzy, stop.
Still waiting for my sample.
I just got force factor and I was wondering since I have to wake up at 7 in the morning for team lifting, when should i take the pill? should i still take it 30 min before breakfast and lunch or should i take it before i work out? let me know please
if you guys like Force Factor and have already used up your free supply go to Big Times web site its practically the exact same thing except i think in smaller doses. You get 90 capsules instead of 60 and take 1 before each major meal. The pills are the same color, same size, and same capsulated form, me myself i havent tried either one yet seeing as im still at the bottom of the bottle of my BSN NO-Xplode but i plan on using them after this worthless cocaine junk runs out (I hate to waste money) along with my P90X program.
I got alot of supplements for free but the Acai stuff ive heard is starting to not be worth it but when i took advantage of the offer i got away scotch free here are some supplements i got all for only paying S&H, Acai berry detox, force factor, acai burn, and big time. the second and third months im gonna stack em in the order i typed em by 2's and see what kind of results i get not sure if i will be back to post how it works though
I got my Force Factor last week and took the 1st 2capsules (as directed)before breakfast and started my workout for atleast an hour and took the 2nd (2 capsules) 30 mins. before lunch. I dont feel any changes in my body, hoping that at the end of the week I'll will feel any good result from taking this drug. I will keep you posted.
I still have a lot of questions about the drug, like everybody else who are just starting on it. I need the correct process on taking this drug...hopefully we can get the real answers from the company itself.

what i mean no one is posting anything
does this shrink your penis, my penis has been thicker since i been using this but it got shorter
I am 41 years old, I started using force factor about a week ago, and I can tell a big difference in my workouts. I seem to have more energy, more endurance and yes, it has increased by number of reps on bench press. I have not worked out in about a year, but started back about a month ago. I have been sore, stiff and just plain struggling with the entire weight lifting thing, until I started using Force Factor. I noticed that after I started force factor I did not decrease as quickly on the number of reps in a set. I also noticed that I increased about 10 pounds on bench press in a week, which could also be the fact that I am just now getting into the work out again. However, I have noticed a very noticeable pump in my arms and chest. I seem to stay pumped longer after every workout, not a crazy pump, but a nice noticeable appearance.
I worked out on Monday, bench press and triceps and was very sore on Tuesday, but today, (Thursday) I have no soreness or stiffness. I contribute this to force factor, because prior to starting force factor a week ago I struggled with soreness all week after a workout.
I have not had any side effects from this product and I am the kind of person that had bad headaches from Amino Acids, Creatine, and numerous other supplements, just to give you a little background on my body’s reaction to supplements. However, I have noticed a difference in my appetite and my girlfriend says my body temperature appears to be elevated when she touches me. Therefore, I plan to proceed with my free trail and see what else comes from the use of Force Factor. Good luck to all who try this product and I would recommend at least trying the free sample, its only $5 for shipping. I can be reached at kf4nvm@yahoo.com if anyone would like any further opinion on this product.

I am researching Force Factor and am hearing mixed reviews. I tend to look at everything with a skeptical eye, so I had a few questions for you. Are you paid or remunerated in any way by Force Factor or its manufacturers? Specifically, what kind of success have you had (pounds/definition gained)? What comes in the free trail? Since I may not be able to get back to this page, please send your replies to siegfried.d@neu.edu. Thanks for your time today.
