How to overcome any financial situation

I wanted to title this “What If?” yet didn’t. The reason being I read a story today, the 16th of Dec, on MSNBC STORY, (When foreclosure limbo becomes a lifestyle) and it was one of many. A family that did nothing “wrong” either financially or otherwise. What happened seems to be a problem with “most” families. If you are a one person working income family you could find yourself in a similar situation.

That is why I wanted to title this hub as “What If?” because, what if, you got sick and could not work, what if, you lost your job to “downsizing”, “restructuring”, layoffs, or your employer just goes out of business ie...bankruptcy? Many people “use to think”, that couldn’t happen to us, and today we are seeing it as common place, and the problem is not going to get any better for a while.

That leads me to write what I am now writing. There must be a better way. What if you lost your job today, or tomorrow, or Lord forbid, you get sick and just plain can’t work? Then what? We all really need a residual type of income, something that pays even if you are sick, or get hurt, or just need time off because of a loved ones situation in which they need your care from day to day. What would happen to your current financial situation if? How long would the money you have in your bank account last “IF”? If you would begin to loose those things you worked so hard for, how secure is your financial future?

It really many be time to start changing the way we think. There are opportunities out there that can create a life long, residual, income, an income that can literally allow you to be debt free, not worry about an employer, not worry about asking for time off, take off when you want, etc… You CAN own a business right now, today, that can start to build an unbelievable income, that IS residual, that can BE passive. There is a way to make it, even in the current market, financially.

The company I am working with deals with service’s that we ALL use, currently, and will continue to use. We are also endorsed by a multi-billionaire, and will even be featured on an upcoming episode of his reality TV show March 22nd. This billionaire looked at this business model and LOVES what he sees. Now I certainly do not want to belittle anyone, but if you got bad advice from someone, financially, or you just happened to fall into HARD TIMES, there is HOPE, and I believe it to be in the form of this business.

It is FREE to look at any opportunity, and even if you find this not to be YOUR answer, find something that you can build a residual, passive income from and set yourself and your family financially FREE, once and for all. Corporate America, obviously, doesn’t work. Stop relying on someone else to call your shots, call them YOURSELF.

Where's The Bottom?

Well, I was watching 60 minutes from 12/14/2008, Dish network DVR don't ya know, and there was a discussion about the housing “crisis”.  Part of the interview was with Sean Egan, who runs a credit rating firm that analyzes corporate debt, says he expects 2009 to be miserable and 2010 also miserable and even worse.

Fortune magazine sited Egan as 1 of 6 Wall Street Professionals that predicted the fall of the financial giants.  Egan said it (the housing market) will not get cleared up for probably 3, 4 or maybe 5, or more years.  The economic problems are not going away in a short time period!

Corporate mortgages have not even started their down fall yet!

The mortgage bankers association said the 1 out of 10 Americans are now behind in their mortgage.  That’s the largest number since the MBA started keeping records in 1979.
