I had no clue that forecloused homes were this bad, to a point of being trashed. The youtube videos really show a sight that I had no clue. Since people are so angry, that makes sense that they want to strip it down and make as much money as possible.

Jack the best thing to do is to contact REO agents because they will be able to get a list of asset managers and lenders who have work orders to be filled.
